Data Retention and Processing

Your data will be stored for as long as necessary to answer your request unless you exercise your right to erasure, or for as long as needed to comply with legal obligations and address potential liabilities that may arise from fulfilling the purpose for which the data were collected.

Where necessary, ONCEB DESIGN STRATEGY, S.L. will cancel or rectify the data when they are inaccurate, incomplete or no longer necessary for their intended purpose, in accordance with current legislation on personal data protection.

Technical and Organisational Measures

ONCEB DESIGN STRATEGY, S.L. adopts technical, physical, organisational and technological measures, controls and procedures that are reasonably reliable and effective to preserve the integrity and security of your data and ensure their privacy.
