The design and development of the MODEL US electric scooter focus on innovative solutions that combine durability, lightweight construction, and advanced ergonomic design. This model utilizes a cutting-edge aluminum alloy, enabling a robust yet absorbent structure that optimizes both weight and durability. By leveraging material efficiency, the MODEL US achieves a lightweight perception while eliminating unnecessary and superfluous components, resulting in a seamless and fluid design connecting the deck and the handlebar.
The 9-inch tires were selected not only for their ability to enhance rider safety but also to provide a smooth and stable riding experience. Designed to adapt to a variety of urban surfaces, these tires ensure reliable performance under diverse conditions.
A key challenge in developing this scooter was the placement of the battery, ensuring it wouldn’t disrupt the vehicle’s center of gravity. The technical solution implemented involves centrally housing the battery, which facilitates improved control and thermal dissipation through the chassis, ensuring longer-lasting internal components. Additionally, the charging port is discreetly concealed, blending harmoniously with the overall design.
The handlebar was designed with user comfort in mind, featuring an articulated lever for intuitive braking and acceleration. The riding architecture and posture are the results of thorough ergonomic studies, offering a safer, more stable stance for unexpected road situations. This optimized design enhances control and reduces fatigue during extended rides.
